Schedule an appointment for one of our subject matter experts to visit you at your new property where we will provide you with a brief instructional session on how to take care of your property. In this session we will provide you with care and maintenance advice specific to your home and needs. Most appointments last approximately an hour and we leave you with a comprehensive manual set up for your home.

Let us ease some of those worries by providing you with the skills, knowledge, and tools that can help you prevent potentially expensive repairs in the future. Our consultation fee includes a on-site visit from one of our subject matter experts who will walk you through the technical aspects of home ownership. You will receive a comprehensive manual specifically customized for your home features. Additionally, we will provide you with a 2-year notification service that will alert you of periodic maintenance items specific to your home.
